Our month-long sales competition came to an end last week and five of our sales studs got to claim their prizes today! The prizes included a spa day, an iPad, a GPS, a day in the office with the management team, and a conference call with a Senior National Consultant. Points were awarded each day during the month of December. Points were gained by excelling in the sales, training other people, taking on leadership roles, etc.
We like to do fun competitions in the office to reward people for doing well. The prizes are different every time- sometimes they are tangible things like iPads and TV’s and sometimes they are trips with the manager. The next competition is in the planning now!
