We love to work hard and have a lot of fun, so last Wednesday we had a contest for the top account managers who had the highest sales to go to the Tigers vs Indians game at Comerica Park. Eight lucky people were selected and treated to a delicious dinner at the Tigers Club looking out over the entire field. We sat behind 1st base and everyone cheered for their favorite Tiger!
We have contests in the office all the time for different prizes. We like people who work hard, so rewarding them for their hard work is something DBC always does. The managers promote a merit-based system, so they are constantly finding new and creative ways to reward people for doing well.
